If You Changed Your Mind
If you’ve changed your mind or found that an item doesn’t look as expected, we accept exchanges within 14 days of your order.

Return Shipping Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide the return address. We recommend using registered mail with a tracking code, as Sivan Miller Jewelry is not responsible for items lost in return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs for exchanges due to change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Credit: Upon receiving the item in its original, undamaged condition, we will issue a store credit for the item’s value. This credit can be used for any product on our website.

If You Received Damaged or Incorrect Items
If we made a mistake with your order or if items arrived damaged, we apologize for any inconvenience. Here’s how to proceed:

Resolution Options: We will arrange for you to send the item back to us, and we will cover the return shipping cost. Once we receive the item, we will either send you a replacement or offer store credit for the same value if the item is no longer available.
Our liability for any item is limited to the value of the product at the time of purchase.
